1Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using any mobile application published by Creator Studios Labs ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not download or use our apps.

These Terms apply to all Creator Studios Labs mobile apps including DeckPilot, OBS Multiview, and Stream Setup Assistant, unless a specific app provides its own terms.

2License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the app
• Use the app for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Attempt to extract source code or proprietary algorithms
• Redistribute or resell the app or its content

3Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and intellectual property within our apps are owned by Creator Studios Labs or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You are granted no ownership or intellectual property rights by using our apps. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any Creator Studios Labs materials is prohibited.

4User Conduct

When using our apps, you agree not to:

• Use the app in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with app functionality
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
• Engage in any activity that could harm other users or third parties

5Advertisements & Third-Party Links

Our apps may display advertisements served by third parties (e.g., Google AdMob) or include links to third-party services such as OBS Studio. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.

Clicking on third-party links or interacting with third-party ads is entirely at your own risk. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our apps.

6Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that our apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malware or other harmful components.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content within our apps.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creator Studios Labs and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, device damage, or financial loss — arising from your use of or inability to use our apps.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we consider harmful.

You may stop using our apps at any time. Uninstalling the app from your device constitutes termination of your use under these Terms.

9Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use of our apps after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically. If a change is unacceptable to you, your sole remedy is to stop using our apps.

10Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
